The PCC College Corps is a unique program that supports regional fire recovery efforts while empowering students through meaningful, community-centered service. This year, 20 PCC students have been selected for the inaugural cohort and will complete 8-month paid fellowships with 14 local community partners. Through this experience, fellows will help rebuild and strengthen local communities while developing transformative leadership and career skills.

Applications for the 2025–26 College Corps Program opened on July 23, 2025, and closed on August 10, 2025. Applications for the 2026-27 College Corps Program will not be available until summer 2026.
PCC students had the opportunity to apply to a maximum of two fellowship positions for the 2025–26 College Corps Program. The number of available positions may change year to year based on funding support.
The PCC College Corps fellowships span 8 months, beginning in September 2025 and concluding in May 2026. While exact schedules will be determined by each host organization, fellows should expect to commit approximately 12–15 hours per week during the fellowship period.
In addition to their work with host organizations, fellows are scheduled to participate in a Student Leadership Institute 91ÐÔÏ¢¸Û. Sessions will be held once per month on the following dates and times:
- September 20, 2025 from 10:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- October 17, 2025 from 10:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- November 14, 2025 from 10:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- December 16, 2025 from 10:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- February 20, 2026 from 10:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- March 20, 2026 from 10:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- April 10, 2026 from 10:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Student fellows will receive up to $10,000 in living allowances for a maximum of 400 service hours.
To be eligible for the PCC College Corps Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a currently enrolled student at 91ÐÔÏ¢¸Û in fall 2025 and spring 2026.
- Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
- Be able to commit to the full 8-month duration of the program, including the 400-hour commitment and the Student Leadership Institute.
- Demonstrate a willingness to participate in hands-on and community-driven service.
Student fellows may also enroll in a Work Experience course (WEXP 001) in Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 to earn transferable CSU academic credit for hours completed through the program.
